What information will I need to apply?
When you apply, you will need to provide information about yourself and/or your company. For a faster application process, have the information below on hand when you begin your application. Depending on your applicant type, some of this information may not be applicable to you; therefore, you won't be asked to provide it.
Company/Owner/Partner Information – Which may include: Company Legal Name, Physical Address, Phone Numbers, E-mail, State/Country of Incorporation, Names of Owners, Officers, and/or Partners
Trade References – Contact information for organizations with which you have established lines of credit
Banking Reference – Contact information for your bank
Billing Information – Person in your organization who will be responsible for receiving invoices
Flight Department Information – Contact information for your flight department and approximate number of hours flown each year
Aircraft Information – Which includes: make, model, serial number, registry number, home base ICAO, and owner name for each aircraft you operate
How do I sign my application?
If you or your organization is based or incorporated in any of the following countries, you will be able to sign this credit application electronically: Australia, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Finland, India, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, France, Poland, Romania, Russia, Taiwan.
If you or your organization is based or incorporated in a county other than any of those listed above, then you may be asked to physically sign our Terms and conditions and return them to us, after you have completed your application online.
What happens to the application after I sign and submit it?
We will first review the information you provided for completeness and will contact you if any further information is needed. Once we have all the required information, your application will be routed to our credit department for review.
How long will it take to process my application?
Typically, the credit review process is two to five (2-5) business days. However, it may take longer if additional information is needed from you (or from your bank or trade references, if applicable). For a faster application process, please provide as much information as possible when completing your online application.
How do I check on the status of my application?
Once you have submitted your application you will receive a message to the e-mail address you provided explaining that your application has been submitted for review. In that message will be contact information should you have questions about the status of your application.
